We provide comprehensive evaluation and management for patients with chronic pain and migraine conditions. Our approach is individualized, evidence-based, and focused on long-term function and quality of life.
Patients with migraines:
• Frequent, disabiling headaches
• New or long standing migraine
• Seeking structured management plan
Patients with chronic pain:
• Pain lasting > 3 months
• Complex or refractory symptoms
• Prior treatment with limited relief
Our practice uses a membership-supported model because complex conditions often require more time, communication, and coordination than a traditional visit-based practice can provide.
Membership allows us to maintain a smaller patient panel and provide longer visits, timely access, and additional communication and care coordination that are not typically reimbursed by insurance.
Your membership is not a replacement for insurance. We continue to bill insurance for medically necessary services that are covered by your plan. The membership supports the additional access and services that fall outside what insurance typically reimburses.

90-minute initial evaluations and longer follow-up visits allow us to understand your history, prior treatments, and goals rather than rushing through a short appointment.

We prioritize timely communication and appointments, including next-day appointments when available.
Enhanced care coordination
When your care involves medications, procedures, imaging, other specialists, or changing treatment needs, our team can help coordinate the next steps.
A smaller patient panel
Our model allows us to care for fewer patients than a traditional high-volume practice, so we can maintain a more individualized relationship with the people we treat.

Center for Complex Pain Care is a concierge, membership-supported practice. Our annual membership fee is $1900.
Membership supports services and access that are not typically covered by insurance, including enhanced communication, care coordination, and additional clinical support.
Medical services that are medically necessary and covered by your insurance are billed to your insurance separately. Membership does not replace insurance coverage.
